Prabhas thanks Rajamouli for giving him ‘Baahubali’
Mumbai, May 7 : “Baahubali 2” became the first Indian film to cross the milestone Rs 1,000 crore at international boxing and actor Prabhas said he can not thank director SS Rajamouli enough to give him a lifetime character like Baahubali .
The 37-year-old actor, currently on vacation in the United States, wrote an emotional message on Facebook where he expressed his gratitude to his fans all over the world for their immense love and support.
“For all my fans, a big hug for each of you for all the love you have all gifted me. I have done my best to make a lot of effort that you have all put to express your affection for me From different parts of India and even abroad. I am really overwhelmed with everything.
“The journey of ‘Baahubali’ was long, but among the few things that I will remove from you is all of you.
Lots of love to all of you, “wrote Prabhas.
The actor thanked Rajamouli for his unwavering belief in him.
“Many thanks to SS Rajamouli, sir, for believing in me to carry his enormous vision to the masses, giving me a unique character of Baahubali and making the whole trip so special.”
Producer Karan Johar made the official news when he took to Twitter to announce that “Baahubali: The Conclusion” became the first Indian film at Rs 1000 crore internationally.
“The biggest milestone was reached by the biggest blockbuster of Indian cinema! # 1000croreBaahubali @ssrajamouli,” wrote Johar, next to the movie poster.
